Owned and lovingly maintained by Mike and Darrnel Nicholls for over 25 years, our property features five charming cottage rentals surrounded by the natural beauty of Weslemkoon Lake. Whether you’re looking to fish, paddle or simply relax by the water, Pioneer Point Cottages offers the perfect blend of rustic comfort and serene wilderness. We invite you to unwind, reconnect with nature, and create lasting memories in this special place we’ve called home for a quarter-century
Our Cottages
All cottages have: Full kitchens - fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, all dishes & silverware. Kettle, coffee maker. Washroom with shower. Outside deck with patio furniture. Propane BBQ. Fire pit.
Included with each cottage. Free parking for 2 vehicles including truck & trailers. Outside boat slip
Pets allowed, must be friendly with other dogs & small children. Leash free.
Dogs can’t be left alone in the cottage.

Rentals
Fishing boats & Pontoon rentals. Fishing license or equivalent experience required
Shared Beach area with use of all Kayaks, canoe’s, paddle boats, paddle bike’s, paddle boards. Water mat & floaters
